Shipping

How does shipping work? 

Because your order comes directly from the brands we offer, the shipping methods of your items vary depending on the specific items you purchase. When you checkout, you’ll see shipping estimates displayed for the various items in your order. 

Will I be charged customs and import charges? 

If your order includes items shipped from International brands, it is possible that you may be subject to customs and import charges. Any international items will be clearly identified during checkout.

Which countries do you ship to? 

Currently, we only allow shipping to the US. 

Returns & Refunds

How do I start a return? 

You can initiate a return by emailing [email protected] and including your order number.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund? 

If you would like to exchange an item, please email [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to item availability and brand discretion. 

Order Issues

Can I amend or cancel my order? 

Once your order is placed, there is a very small window in which it can be cancelled or changed. Please email us at hello@nineafter.com so that we can confirm your options.
